SECTION 6031 OF THE CODE REQUIRES THAT PARTNERSHPS FILE RETURNS EACH TAX YEAR SHOWING, GROSS INCOME ITEMS, ALLOWABLE DEDUCTIONS, NAMES, ADDRESSES, AND PARTNER'S DISTRIBUTIVE SHARES, AND OTHER INFORMATION TH SECRETARY PRESCRIBES BY FORMS AND REGULATIONS. THIS INFORMATION IS US TO VERIFY CORRECT REPORTING OF PARTNERSHIP ITEMS AND FOR GENERAL STATISTICS.
