Abstract:
THIS IS A PERMIT THAT ALLOWS THE USE OF WELDING OR OTHER "HOT WORK" EQUIPMENT ON A DESIGNATED WATERFRONT FACILLITY. IT IS USED BY THE COAST GUARD TO INSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS.
