Abstract:
FEDERAL AVIATION ACT OF 1958, SECTION 311 (49 USC 1352) AUTHORIZES THE COLLECTION OF INFORMATION RELATIVE TO CIVIL AERONAUTICS. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED FOR AIRPORT SAFETY, ENGINEERING, ANALYSIS, AND FORECASTING; AND UPDATING PRIVATE, STATE, AND FEDERAL AERONAUTICAL CHARTS.
