Terms of Clearance: The program which these forms support has been selected for review by the Presidential Task Force on Regulatory Relief. TThe conclusion o the review may result in alterations to the program. In addition, language in the recently signed reconciliation bill which terminates the availability of Federal flood insurance for structures on barrier islands may also effect this program. Accordingly, a short term clearance for these fors is provided.
