FORM N-2 IS THE REGISTRATION STATEMENT USED BY CLOSED-END MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT COMPANIES TO REGISTER AS INVESTMENT COMPANIES UNDER THE INVESTMENT COMPANY ACT AND TO REGISTER THEIR SECURITIES FOR SALE TO PUBLIC UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT.
