Abstract:
FORM USED TO DETERMINE IF THE NONLICENSED PERSON IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE EXPLOSIVES AND THE IDENTITY OF EXPLOSIVES TRANSFERRED TO THAT PERSON. IT IDENTIFIES THE NONLICENSED PERSON, THE EXPLOSIVES, THE INTENDED USE FOR THE EXPLOSIVES, QUESTION WHETHER THE NONLECENSED PERSON IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE EXPLOSIVES, AND THE FEDERAL LICENSED EXPLOSIVES DEALER. IS USED FOR TRACING PURPOSES FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.
