Abstract:
REGULATION 14C SPECIFIES THE INFORMATION TO BE DISCLOSED IN INFORMATIO STATEMENTS WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN PUBLICLY-TRADED SECURITIES AND IN ANNUAL REPORTS TO SHAREHOLDERS ACCOMPANYING OR PRECEDING SUCH STATE MENTS IN ORDER THAT SHAREHOLDERS MAY MAKE INFORMED VOTING DECISIONS. THE COMMISSION IS PROPOSING TECHNICAL ADMENDMENTS IN RULE 14C-3 UNER REGULATION 14C IN COORDINATION WITH OTHER PROPOSALS IN THE INTEGRATED DISCLOSURE PROGRAM.
