Abstract:
TO ESTABLISH ELIGIBILITY FOR REDUCED RATE BASED UPON THE ACTUAL USE OF THE IMPORTED ARTICLE. THE BURDEN SHALL BE ON THE IMPORTER TO KEEP RECORDS SO THAT THE CLAIM OF ACTUAL USE CAN BE REDILY ESTABLISHED. 19 CRF 10.137. RETENTION PERIOD: 3 YEARS FROM DATE OF LIQUIDATION OF ENTRY.
