Abstract:
SECTION 44B ALLOWS A TAX CREDIT TO EMPLOYERS HIRING INDIVIDUALS FROM TARGETED GROUPS, SUCH AS ECONOMICALY DISADVANTAGED VIETNAM-ERA VETERAN HANDICAPPED PERSONS ETC. THE EMPLOYER USES FROM 5884 TO FIGURE AND CLAIM THE CREDIT. IRS USES THE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THE CREDIT'S VALIDITY.
