Abstract:
SECTION 2 OF THE RUIA PROVIDES FOR PAYMENT OF SICKNESS BENEFITS ACCRUE BUT NOT PAID AT THE DEATH OF THE EMPLOYEE TO THE SAME INDIVIDUAL(S) WHO ARE ENTITLED TO THE BENEFITS PAID UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE RRA WITHOUT FURTHER CLAIM. THE APPLICATON WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION NEEDED FOR PAYING THE INDIVIDUAL(S) ENTITLED TO THE BENEFITS WHEN NO BENEFITS ARE DUE UNDER THE RRA.
