THESE LOGS ARE USED BY THE NATIONAL MARINE FISHERIES SERVICE IN DAY TO-DAY FISHERIES MANAGEMENT, TO DETERMINE FEES THAT MUST BE PAID BY EACH NATION EVERY THREE MONTHS, AND TO DETERMINE WHEN A NATION HAS ITS ALLOCATIONS.
