Abstract:
THE EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT (5 U.S.C. 504) PROVIDES FOR THE PAYMEN OF FEES AND EXPENSES TO ELIGIBLE PARTIES WHO PREVAIL IN AN ADVERSARIAL PROCEEDING AGAINST AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT. THESE RULES CONSTITUT THE LABOR DEPARTMENT'S RULES FOR IMPLEMENTING THE ACT.
