This request for clearance is approved for use through August 31, 1982 In the next submission consolidate recordkeeping requirements which are generally related. Also, include copies of that part of the regulations which describes the information collection requirement and any forms required as well as regulation and statute statements of authority to collect the information. In the next submission explain the basis for the estimates of the number of respondents, number of responses and number of hours per response on the SF 83. In the next Supporting Statement describe the Federal use of the information and the consequences of eliminating the recordkeeping requiement, including empirically based estimates of potential revenue loss, where possible and applicable.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
