Terms of Clearance:
Approved on the condition that changes to the instructions and form as marked and numbered are made. Also the reference to the SAR eligibilty index must be corrected to reflect what happens after an application is filed. Language is suggested for this purpose in the attached revised instructions. Also the approval is based on the understanding that the proposed 1982-83 SAR will be promptly submitted for full FEDAC and OMB review. The SAR submission must include formats, the data and narrative comments included, instructions for student and school use, student and school certifications and appropriate explanatory material.
