REQUIRED BY SECTION 709(C) OF TITLE VII, CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964, AS AMENDED AND COVERS EMPLOYERS WITH 15 OR MORE EMPLOYEES. THIS REPORT PROVIDES FOR REPORTING TOTAL EMPLOYMENT AND RACE/ETHNIC GROUP, SIX, AND JOB CATEGORY.
