This information collection is approved to June 1982. This is to allow the Commission time to procede with its rulemaking to modify these forms. When the form is resubmitted for clearance, the ICC should explain changes or probable changes resulting from the rulemaking. In addition, the new justification statement should explain in greater detail the need for and Federal use of the data collected and the derivation of the estimate of burden hours.
