THE APPLICATION CARD IS THE BASIC OPERATING DOCUMENT USED IN US EMPLOY MENT SERVICE AND WIN LOCAL OFFICES FOR NEW AND PARTIAL APPLICATIONS FO INDIVIDUALS SEEKING ASSISTANCE IN FINDING EMPLOYMENT OR SEEKING EMPLOYABILITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. THE ETA 516 IS THE AUTOMATED TRANSMITTED FORM FOR THE ETA-511 RECORD OF SERVICE SECTION.
