Abstract:
FORM DESCRIBES THE OPERATIONS FOR AN ALCOHOL FUEL PLANT. DESCRIBES TEH ALCOHOL FUEL PLANT, LOCATION, AND TRANSACTIONS REGARDING SPIRITS AND ALCOHOL FUEL DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD. WILL BE USED BY ATF TO MONITOR AND AUDIT ACTIVITIES AT ALCOHOL FUEL PRODUCERS AND GENERAL STATISTICAL PURPOSES.
