SECURES DATA ON CURRENT AND CAPITAL ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN U.S. PERSONS AND FOREIGN BUSINESS ENTERPRISES IN WHICH THEY HAVE AN EQUITY INTEREST OF 10 PERCENT OF MORE. CONSISTS OF DATA ON EARNINGS; DIVIDENDS, INTEREST, AND FEES AND ROYALTIES RECEIVED; AND OUTSTANDING DEBT AND EQUITY POSITION.
