Terms of Clearance: This submission was originally disapproved because the justification was incomplete and the agency had failed to provide proper notice on the forms of their status under the PRA. The disapproval did not reflect a final OMB determination that the forms were unnecessary or excessively burdensome. The budget branch has pointed out problems which will arise if these forms are disapproved on 1/1/82. OMB therefore grants a short-term clearance to allow time to resolve these problems.
