THESE RECORDS (BILLS OF SALE, INVOICES) ARE USED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS OF THE FEDERAL ALCOHOL ADMINISTRATION ACT WHICH PREVENTS WHOLESALERS, PRODUCERS, OR IMPORTERS FROM GIVING THINGS OF VALUE TO RETAIL LIQUOR DEALERS.
