REPORTS ARE FILED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE FDI ACT (12 USC 1817) AND PART 304.2 OF THE FDIC RULES AND REGULATIONS. DATA IS USED TO MONITOR THE FINANCIAL CONDITION AND EARNINGS PERFORMANCE OF INDIVIDUAL BANKS AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE BANKING INDUSTRY. DATA IS ALSO USED FOR RESEARCH, INSURANCE ASSESSMANTS AND FOR FDIC PUBLICATIONS.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
