THIS PROGRAM IS AUTHORIZED BY LAW TITLE 28, SECTION 534, U.S. CODE. INFORMATION REGARDING MURDER VICTIMS AND OFFENDERS AS WELL AS WEAPONS AND MOTIVES IS COLLECTED VIA THE SUPPLEMENTARY HOMICIDE REPORT AND IS PUBLISHED ANNUALLY FOR USE BY ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT TO FORMULATE PROGRAMS TO REDUCE THIS CRIME.
