SECTION 103(C) & (H) P.L. 91-173, AS AMENDED BY P.L. 95-164 AUTHORIZES THE SECRETARY OF LABOR, IN COORPORATION WITH THE SECRETARY OF HEW TO ISSUE REGULATIONS REQUIRING OPERTORS TO MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS RECORDS OF EMPLOYEE EXPOSURES TO POTENTIALLY TOXIC MATERIALS OR HARMFUL PHYSICAL AGENTS.
