FORM 1120S, SCHEDULE D (FORM 1120S), AND SCHEDULE K-1 (FORM 1120S) ARE USED BY A SUBCHAPTER S CORPORATION TO FIGURE ITS TAXABLE INCOME, UNDISTRIBUTED TAXABLE INCOME, AND OTHER TAX-RELATED IFORMATION.
