This is a conditional approval contingent upon ATF's soliciting comments on converting both the Brewers Monthly Report of Operations and the Monthly Statistical Release - Beer to a quarterly basis. Comments might be conveniently sought in conjunction with the planned recodification of beer regulations during 1982. Any resubmission for an extension should address the frequency issue. Note that the expiration date of 1/83 has been set to coincide with the expiration date of the monthly Record of Brewery Operations (1512-0124) to facilitate OMB review.
