Abstract:
DOT FORM 1120.1 PROVIDES A PROFESSIONAL MEANS OF OBTAINING UNIFORM INFORMATION FROM PRESPECTIVE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS WHICH IS NEEDED TO ENABLE US TO COMPLY WITH THE FEDERAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE ACT REQUIRING BALANCED POINTS OF VIEWS AMONG THE MEMBERS, AND TO FURNISH INFORMATION TO GSA WHICH THEY USE TO PREPARE THE PRESIDENT'S REPORT TO THE CONGRESS ON ADVISORY COMMITTEES.
