Abstract:
THE REQUIREMENT FOR PLAN SUBMISSION IS USED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS FOR MOBIL OFFSHORE DRILLING UNITS. IT WILL ENABLE THE COAST GUARD TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE BY EXAMINATION OF THE PLANS, PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
