46 USC 224, 226, 228, 214, 375, 416, 391A, 404 -- THIS REQUIREMENT ENSURES THAT CERTAIN TRAINING SCHOOLS APPLY TO THE COAST GUARD FOR APPROVAL OF THE CURRICULA AND FACULTY. THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO ENSURE THAT EQUIVALENCY OF TRAINING FOR SEA-TIME IS DETERMINED.
