Abstract:
DEPARTMENTAL REGULATIONS (45 CFR 400.8 AND 45 CFR 74.73) REQUIRE THAT STATES SUBMIT AN ANNUAL ESTIMATE AND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL STATUS REPORT THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO ISSUE QUARTERLY GRANT AWARDS, TO MAKE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS TO THESE AWARDS, AND TO REPORT TO CONGRESS ON STATE ACTIVITIES AND EXPENDITURES ON BEHALF OF REFUGEES AND ENTRANTS.
