THE DOCUMENT WILL REFLECT ALL BONDED MERCHANDISE ENTERING, RELEASED AND MANIPULATED IN THE BONDED WAREHOUSE, I.E., A COMPLETE RECONCILIATI OF BEGINNING AND ENDING INVENTORY AS WELL AS ALL RECEIPTS/WITHDRAWALS AND DOCUMENTATION OF ALL BREAKAGE BY ENTRY NUMBER. IT IS RECORDKEEPIN REQUIREMENT WITH A RETENTION PERIOD OF 5 YEARS PURSUANT TO 19 CFR 19.12(5).

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
