IN ORDER TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 412(D)(2) OF THE IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT AS AMENDED BY PUBLIC LAW 96-212, AGENCIES SERVING REFUGEE UNACCOMPANIED MINORS ARE TO SUBMIT: (A) A REPORT ON THE INITIAL PLACEMENT AND STATUS OF EACH MINOR AND ON ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGES IN PLACEMENT OR STATUS, AND (B) A SEMIANNUAL REPORT ON EACH MINOR'S PROGRESS.
