Abstract:
THIS SYSTEM PROVIDES FOR THE LICENSING AND REGULATION OF SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT COMPANIES THE FORMS SBA 415, 415A, AND 415B ARE THE LICENSE APPLICATION. THE SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT ACT OF 1958, AS AMENDED AUTHORIZES SBA TO CONDUCT THESE ACTIVITIES.
