Abstract:
REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING THE FEDERAL PLANT PEST ACT, THE PLANT QUARANTINE ACT, AND THE FEDERAL NOXIOUS WEED ACT. INFORMATION FURNISH ON APPLICATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED TO ALLOW MOVEMENT OF PLANT PESTS, SOIL, OR NOXIOUS WEEDS.
