QUALITY CONTROL (QC) MONITORS AND REDUCES THE RATE OF ERRORS IN DETERMINING BASIC ELIGIBILITY AND BENEFIT LEVELS. THE QUALITY CONTROL SAMPLING PLAN ENSURES THAT STATE AGENCIES OPERATE QC IN COMPLIANCE WIT THE ACT AND REGULATIONS.
