COAL MINE OPERATORS ARE REQUIRED TO COLLECT AND SUBMIT RESPIRABLE DUST SAMPLES TO THE SECRETARY OF LABOR FOR ANALYSIS. PERTINENT INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH IDENTIFYING AND ANALYZING THESE SAMPLES IS SUBMITTED WITH THE SAMPLES. AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED BY P.L. 95-164.
