Terms of Clearance: This information collection request is approved through 11/30/84 on th condition that items 5 and 6 are deleted (Race/National Origin and Sex). In response to OMB's 9/28/82 request for a detailed analysis of the use of this information including problems uncovered through program monitoring and corrective actions taken, the VA failed to demonstrate practical utility. OMB will ask that these same items are deleted from all future information collection requests submitted for clearance until the VA is responsive and justifies the use of the information.
