RULE 17AD-10, AS PROPOSED FOR COMMENT, WOULD REQUIRE TRANSFER AGENTS T CREATE & MAINTAIN CERT. MIN. INFO. CONCERNING SECURITYHOLDERS RELATIVE TO THEIR OWNERSHIP OF AN ISSUE OF SECURITIES FOR WHICH THE TRANSFER AGENT PERFORMS TRANSFER AGENT FUNCTIONS. THE INFO. IS USED BY THE TRANSFER AGENT IN PERFORM.
