THIS FORM DOCUMENTS THAT LIQUORS AND ARTICLES OF PUERTO RICAN MANUFACTURE ARE TAXPAID BEFORE BEING BROUGHT INTO THE UNITED STATES. THE COMPLETED FORM SERVES AS A PERMIT AUTHORIZING SHIPMENT.
