Abstract:
RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS REPRESENT MINIMUM DOCUMENTATION OR RECORDS APPLICABLE TO THE AGENCY'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND VIABILITY OF INSURED FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. THE RECORDS FACILITATE FHLBB EXAMINERS TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE HOME OWNERS ACT OF 1933 AND THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.
