Abstract:
FORM 10-K ELICITS MATERIAL INFORMATION FROM ISSUERS OF PUBLICLY-TRADED SECURITIES CONCERNING THEIR FINANCIAL CONDITION AND OPERATIONS FOR EAC FISCAL YEAR IN ORDER THAT INVESTORS MAY MAKE INFORMED AND KNOWLEDGEABL INVESTMENT DECISIONS.
