Abstract:
SECTION 7 OF THE CHILD NUTRITION ACT OF 1966 (P.L. 89-642), AS AMENDED AUTHORIZES USDA TO PROVIDE FEDERAL FUNDS TO STATE AGENCIES FOR THEIR COSTS IN ADMINISTERING THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM, SCHOOL BREAKFAST PROGRAM, SPECIAL MILK PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND CHILD CARE FOOD PROGRAM. PART 235 SETS FORTH PROCEDURES FOR USE BY STATE AGENCIE IN REPORTING ON THEIR NEEDS FOR SAE FUNDS AND THEIR USE OF THESE FUNDS
