Abstract:
THIS IS AN APPLICATION, PERMIT AND SPECIAL LICENSE TO PERMIT THE UNLOADING OF PASSENGERS, CARGO AND BAGGAGE FROM A VESSEL ARRIVING FROM ANY PORT OR PLACE OUTSIDE THE CUSTOMS TERRITORY OF THE U.S. OR THE LADING OF CARGO, BAGGAGE OR OTHER ARTICLES DESTINED TO A PORT OR PLACE OUTSIDE THE CUSTOMS TERRITORY OF THE U.S. IF CUSTOMS SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. IT IS ALSO AN APPLICATION FOR OVERTIME SERVICE OF ENTRY OR CLEARANCE OF A VESSEL.
