A RECORD OF AIR SAMPLING TESTS ARE NEEDED TO ENSURE THE MEPLOYERS ABILITY TO RECOGNIZE CHANGES IN THE LEVELS OF TOXIC AND FLAMMABLE ELEMENT LEVELS AND OXYGEN DEFICIENCIES THAT WOULD BECOME HAZARDOUS TO EMPLOYEES IN UNDERGROUND WORKSITES.
