REQUIRES OPERATOR BEFORE PLACING SELF-PROPELLED EQUIPMENT INTO OPERATION TO MAKE A VISUAL AND OPERATIONAL CHECK OF VARIOUS PRIMARY OPERATING SYSTEMS AFFECTING SAFETY, I.E., BRAKES, LIGHTS, TIRES, STEERING, AND RELATED ITEMS.
