A DOCUMENT THAT SETS FORTH THE FACTS SURROUNDING A PROTEST AND APPLICATION FOR FURTHER REVIEW AGAINST DECISIONS BY A DISTRICT DIRECTO OF CUSTOMS INVOLVING A CUSTOMS ENTRY.
