Abstract:
ALL RECIPIENTS OF SBA DISASTER LOANS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP AND MAKE AVAILABLE RECORDS OF ALL TRANSACTIONS CONCERNING USE OF LOAN PROCEEDS INCLUDING RECEIPTS, AND PROPER BOOKS OF ACCOUNT IN THE CASE OF BUSINESSES TO PERMIT SBA TO AUDIT THE USE OF FUNDS TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE LOAN AGREEMENT AND TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATENESS OF SERIAL DISBURSEMENTS OF LOAN FUNDS.
