REGULATIONS 43 CFR 3300 COVER OCS MANAGEMENT INCLUDING INFORMATION COLLECTIONS AS FOLLOWS: RESPONSES TO CALLS FOR NOMINATIONS AND COMMENT IDENTIFY AREAS FOR CONSIDERATION FOR LEASING, STATEMENTS OF PRODUCTION SATISFY JOINT BIDDING LIMITATION REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATION PAPERS GIVE A BIDDER'S LEGAL STATUS AND AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS.
