14 CFR 21 PRESCRIBES CERTIFICATION PROCEDURES FOR AIRCRAFT, AIRCRAFT ENGINES, PROPELLERS AND PRODUCTS AND PARTS. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE AND APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY. THE RESPONDEN ARE AIRCRAFT AND AIRCRAFT PARTS DESIGNERS, MANUFACTURERS AND AIRCRAFT OWNERS.
