THIS DOCKET WAS LAST APPROVED ON 10/18/82 WITH THE CONDITON THAT ITS RESUBMISSION INCLUDE A JUSTIFICATION FOR THE FREQUENCY OF THE MONTHLY REIMBURSEMENT CLAIM. IN THIS SUBMISSION, THE AGENCY HAS PROVIDED AN ADEQUATE JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS CLAIM. FURTHERMORE, THE POTENTIAL FOR DISCERNABLE AUDIT TRAILS IS NOW CLEARER UNDER THE NEW ACCOUNTING FRAMEWORKS HERE PRESCRIBED. THIS DOCKET IS APPROVED UNTIL JUNE 30, 1986, AS REQUESTED. Abstract:
SECTION 3 OF THE CHILD NUTRITION ACT OF 1966 (P.L. 89-642, AS AMENDED, 42 U.S.C. 1773) AUTHORIZES THE SPECIAL MILK PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN. THE REGULATIONS SUBMITTED WITH THIS PROPOSAL SET FORTH: (A) THE APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS, (B) THE RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS, AND (C) THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROGRAM.
